10^th Annual General Convocation of South Eastern University of Sri Lanka will be held on March 20, 2016 at Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), Colombo in three sessions for two batches of internal undergraduate and postgraduate students and external degree students in the following basis.

Session I - 8.30am to 11.30am
Session II - 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Session III - 5.30pm to 6.30 pm


Cloaks for the graduands will be issued by the Academic and Student Affairs Division, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, University Park, Oluvil on 12^th and 13^th March 2016 (Saturday and Sunday) between 9.00 am to 03.00 pm. Those who have submitted the supplication forms to the University are entitled to receive the cloaks from the University on the above dates.

To obtain the cloak, the Student Record Book or a valid Identity Card should be produced. Duly completed Employability Questionnaire of the Ministry of Higher Education sent to the graduands by the University should also be submitted on the above dates.

The name list of graduands who will be conferred degrees on the above sessions and the invitation letter for the graduands has been uploaded in the website.
