EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (DPC) of South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, Oluvil invites eligible Mechanical & Electrical Contractors (M & E) as mentioned below to indicate interest in providing the above work which comprises of Design, Supplying, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Central Air Conditioning System in the Main Library of the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka located at Oluvil in the Ampara District.
   1. 1.1 Companies registered with ICTAD as M & E contractors
   2. 1.2 Sole Proprietorship / Partnership registered with ICTAD as M & E contractors
2. Interested eligible contractors must provide information indicating the qualifications and experience with supporting documents in the field related to the above work.
3. The Expression of Interest (EOI) shall be submitted with all the details and supporting documents addressed to Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, Oluvil on or before 29.07.2016. EOI received after this date will be rejected. The interested eligible parties are advised to visit the site to get aware of the nature of the work before submitting the EOI.
4. Further information, if required any in this connection, may be obtained during office hours between 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs from the Librarian (067 2255160) / Deputy Registrar, Capital Works & Planning (067 2255147) / Works Engineer (067 2255356) of this University.
