SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE AND OTHER ACCESSORIES FOR APC, MOUNT LAVINIA (SEU/SS /NCB/2018/14)
01. The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Major) of the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for supply and installation of furniture and other accessories for APC, Mountlavenia for the use of South Eastern University of Sri Lanka.

03. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Deputy Bursar (Telephone No. 0672255178), South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, University Park, Oluvil #32360 from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. up to 27th November 2018. (Weekdays Only).
04. A Complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the Bursar, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, University Park, Oluvil #32360 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Five thousand only (Rs. 5,000.00) from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. up to 26.11.2018. The mode of payment shall be either by cash payable at Shroff of the University or bank draft in favor of "Bursar, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka".
05. The interested bidder shall participate the pre bid meeting is scheduled to be held on 09.30 a.m., 16th November 2018 at the Boardroom, Academic Programme Centre (APC), No. 116, Templers Road, Mount Livinia. The bidders are advisable to participate the pre-bid meeting. The bidder who is not participated for the Pre Bid Meeting shall be treated their bid as non responsive..
06. Sealed bids should be marked "Tender for the Supply and Installation of Furniture and Other Accessories for APC, Mountlavenia for South Eastern University of Sri Lanka" on the left-hand corner of the envelop and delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Major), South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, University Park, Oluvil #32360 or place in the tender box kept in the office of the Vice Chancellor, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, on or before 2.00 p.m., 27th November 2018. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as stated in paragraph 01 above. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' Representatives who choose to attend in person at 2.00 p.m. on 27th November 2018 at The Boardroom - 2, Ground Floor, Administrative Building, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, University Park, Oluvil #32360. Late Bids will be rejected.
