The South Eastern University of Sri Lanka journal of Human Resource Management is an official peer reviewed journal of the Department of Management, faculty of Management and Commerce, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka. SEUSL Journal of Human Resource Management pleased to publish original scholarly papers across the whole spectrum of Human Resource Management. The journal is wide-ranging and diverse and contributions are welcomed across a wide range of research methodologies, evidences from Sri Lanka and across world are equally acceptable. Each paper will be judged according to international standards within its topic area, the originality of its contribution, its relevance to development of the subject and its quality of exposition.
