The Organizing Committee of the 9th International Symposium - 2019 cordially invites delegates from all over the world to participate in the symposium to be held in South Eastern University of Sri Lanka (SEUSL), University Park, Oluvil, Sri Lanka on 27th and 28th November 2019. The purpose of the symposium is to bring together academics, researchers, policymakers and practitioners from the academic as well as industrial fields, to provide them a common platform to share their experiences, research findings, and recent progress in their field of studies. Authors are encouraged to submit their papers on any of the tracks given below. All the accepted papers for the symposium, having gone through the blind peer review, will be published online and in the conference proceedings, which will be stored in University repository. .
