The researchers are expected to prepare the full paper in accordance with the guidelines. The medium of submission of the research paper will be accepted in Arabic, Tamil, Sinhala, and English. Each author can submit a maximum of two research articles as the main author and another two as a co-author. Students (Undergraduate and postgraduate) can submit a maximum of one research article as the main author with his/her mentor/s and another one as a co-author with his/her mentor/s. For research articles with more than one author, there can be a maximum of five authors including the Mentor.
All manuscript will be reviewed by a panel of reviewers in the relevant disciplines. The abstracts of accepted papers will be published on the symposium proceeding.
Book of Abstracts will be published with an ISBN. Selected papers will be published online with further revision in the Sri Lankan Journal of Arabic and Islamic Studies (SLJAIS) as a special issue with an additional fee. The remaining papers will be virtually published in the e- repository of the Main Library of South Eastern University of Sri Lanka.
