Introduction
Research journals remain as one of the most popular methods of scholarly communication in this twenty-first century. Journal of Information Systems & Information Technology is one of the peer reviewed journals, which are periodical publications intended to further the progress in relevant fields usually by reporting new research, published by the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka. This provides a forum for exchanging theory, research, and intellectual development for information systems and information technology in organizations, institutions, the economy, and society. This journal publishes both high quality academic and practical papers in the broad ranges of information systems and information technology related topics.
