The South Eastern University of Sri Lanka is delighted to announce its 11th International Symposium (IntSym 2023), "Managing Contemporary Issues for Sustainable Future: Multidisciplinary Research Solution". IntSym 2023 is open for full papers from researchers and research scholars. This is an excellent opportunity to present your research findings. The abstracts of accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and the downloadable full papers will be available in the library e-repository of SEUSL. Selected papers will be published in the journals of the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka.

He is the recipient of the first Doctoral Degree in the Department of Business Administration, Annamalai University. He has a series of publications in national and international journals. He has authored and edited many books. His research guidance includes 40 Ph.D. scholars for their Doctoral Degree, 23 M.Phil. scholars and 200 M.B.A., candidates. He has adjudicated Doctoral theses both from Indian Universities and Foreign Universities namely Multi Media University, Malaysia, University of Nottingham, Malaysia Campus, University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, Jaffna University, Sri Lanka, Tribuvan University, Nepal etc.
