The Organizing Committee of the Fifth International Symposium - 2015 cordially invites delegates from all over the world to participate in the symposium to be held in South Eastern University of Sri Lanka (SEUSL), University Park, Oluvil, Sri Lanka 7^th and 8^th December 2015. The purpose of the symposium is to bring together Academics, researchers, developers, policymakers and practitioners from academia and industry and to provide a common platform to share their experiences, research findings and recent progress in their fields. Authors are encouraged to submit papers on any area of their interest and all papers will be peer reviewed. The accepted papers for the symposium will be made available online and published in the proceeding.
