Staff & Students Welfare
Staff and Student Welfare Division of the university handles all the welfare activities of the students. The following outlines the main functions of this division.
- Managing the Mahapola Higher Education Scholarship and Bursary payments.
- Handling matters related to healthcare, including the appointment of a Medical Officer.
- Managing canteen facilities for students and staff members.
- Facilitating the formation of student unions.
- Managing matters related to student discipline.
- Providing additional services (e.g., season tickets for CTB).
- Handling student no-claims.
- Managing the insurance scheme for staff members.
- Assisting students to overcome issues pertaining to the above;
